We regret to announce that on account of lack of support by our two Ontario venues, Blue Mountain Resort and Horseshoe Resort – together with other factors that are out of our control – we have no plans to mount a Jazz-On Festival in Ontario for 2017.
Thank you to all the sponsors, festivalgoers and talented artists & musicians who have supported and joined us in the past.
Letters of support are welcome.

“2015 Jazz on the Mountain at Blue Amazing is the best description! Beautiful weather, incredible talent everywhere, the great vibe of life in the village at all times of day. What a great experience this was! I have been aware of the festival for three years, but this was the first time I was able to attend. So very worth it! Reasonable ticket prices, too. All three headliners were great! Taking nothing away from Brass Transit or Nikki Yanofsky (both were great), but Naturally 7 was probably the best live performance I have ever seen. Amazing talents, creativity, professionalism, and really in touch with the audience. Fabulous! When you throw in a stay at Mosaic, and great food at Copper Blues, plus a day at Scandinave Spa, you get an unbeatable weekend. I recommend it to anyone. Great job by the organizers”
I can almost imagine JOMAB being to Collingwood / Blue Mountain what the Sundance Film Festival is to Park City, Utah! I hope things continue to grow as your vision for the festival gets wider! I can truly see it as one of a kind!
Heather Bambrick, Morning Show Host on Jazz-FM

I couldn’t have been more impressed. An incredible job. I came away inspired. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The gig of the year! What a treat.
Jim Doxas, Drummer in The Oliver Jones Trio
A pleasure for me to be part of the Festival. I think this could be a world-class Event.
Jay Beckenstein, Leader of Spyro Gyra
Jazz at Blue Mountain is much more than concert, it is an exceptional encounter with music! …”Blue Mountain Jazz Fest still leaves me speechless at the end of each experience. Their “Master Classes” are not only enlightening but also highly inspiring. “..
